Frank Mancini, MNLP, MTD, MHt, proudly served in the United States Navy between 1984 and 1988 as Aviation Stock Controller aboard the USS America CV-66 aircraft carrier, photo laboratory assistant at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, and as Aviation Stock Controller at NAS Jacksonville Aircraft Intermediate Mainenance Detachment (AIMD).
Frank was honorably discharged from the US Navy in 1993 due to service-connected related injuries. As a young Veteran entrepreneur, Frank focused on the Information Technology sector, serving as Managing Director of Intelligence Research Group (IRG), a web development and research consultation company located in Los Angeles, California. Serving several Fortune-100 companies, IRG managed web development projects, on-line marketing strategies, and achieved numerous industry awards.
Frank founded IRG Plotters & Printers, Inc. in 2004, leveraging his 15-year accumulated knowledge in IT and business management. IRG Plotters & Printers, Inc. is an IT services and procurement company, specializing in 2D and 3D printing solutions including large-format printers, 3D printing systems, digitizing equipment and authoring software. The company emphasizes comprehensive, highly specialized maintenance, repair service, procurement and document management solutions for a variety of large format plotters, multifunction printers, and scanning devices.
In 2006, in recognition of the economic power of multicultural business, DiversityBusiness.com, the nation’s leading multicultural internet site, named IRG Plotters & Printers, Inc. one of the “Top 100 Disabled Veteran owned businesses in the United States.”
In 2011, in recognition of Small Business Awards Week, the Small Business Administration Los Angeles District office and the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, named Frank as the “Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year” for his leadership as the president for the Elite SDVOB Network Los Angeles Chapter.
