Karen received her BS in Marketing from Penn State University and worked in sales and consulting for over 25 years. She started her career in sales with Johnson and Johnson and then moved on to be a Regional Account manager with Bausch & Lomb. From there she took a consulting position with Learning International which then became AchieveGlobal, the world’s leading Sales, Management and Customer Service Training and Development Company. Karen was one of the organizations leading Account Managers consistently bringing in over $2 Million in sales each year. She worked with many fortune 500 companies in the Philadelphia area including Merck, J&J, Glaxo, Pfizer, CertainTeed and Vanguard customizing curriculums to increase their sales and give managers the skills they need to effectively manage their team. In her spare time Karen loves to play and teach tennis and pickleball and has coached high school tennis teams for 9 years and currently teaches at a private country club.
